I bought two of these one for each of my pitbull pups. So far this is the only ball that stands up to their incessant desire to destroy anything and everything and to a point that sometimes they give up because they are exhausted trying to chew it apart. They love playing fetch with it also but I have to be careful because this ball is solid so it can easily break something if you throw it up against something fragile. This product is perfect for my dogs that I might not even need to purchase another for quite a long time.

To be honest, I am not sure how long these things are really supposed to last. I got 160 pound mastiff and a 90 pound German shepherd, and they both chew on this ball so I am guessing that I should be happy that it lasted as long as it did, considering the purchase was on September1. Considering every other toy that I bought for these dogs have been destroyed within a week. I’m surprised at this thing still has a roundish shape to it, but it’s definitely not indestructible.
