My friend gave me one for my new puppy and she loves it. However, my other dog was getting jealous so I bought a second one. They absolutely love them. Keep them busy for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, depending upon what I put inside it. I ordered the mold and make my own frozen treats for them. a lot of reviewers mentioned the difficulty of opening this which I have run into, but if you will put a little olive oil or vegetable oil around the inner edges and the outer edges of the top and bottom of it that makes a big difference. I did also have one that was stuck really bad and I ran it under , hot water for just a few seconds after pouring a little bit of oil and it came right open. They are easy to clean, you can even put them in the dishwasher. I will be gifting these to all my friends and family this year for Christmas.

After just one use, my 17lb dog left noticeable bite marks on it, which doesn’t speak well to its durability. Additionally, the smaller size I received has a different color than the larger ones, as shown in my attached picture. While this does match the product listing, I was hoping for more consistency. It’s also not easy to clean, which adds to the frustration. Their responsiveness impressed me, so I decided to give them another try. I placed a new order for the black, more durable version, along with molds in both small and large sizes. I’m curious to see how these hold up.
